APPOINTMENT POLICIES
FOR COSMETIC TATTOO
*** Due to possible complications to COVID-19 vaccinations, you must not have any permanent makeup procedures for atleast 14 day before and after receiving your complete vaccination***

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment upon booking. The deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your service. Remaining balance can be paid the day of your initial appointment.

If deposit payment has not been received within 3 days of booking, the appointment will be reopened for booking.
​
Touch up appointment is included in the total price and must be booked 5 to 8 weeks after your initial appointment.
​
If you need to schedule your touch-up appointment after 8 weeks from you initial appointment, a $100 fee will be applied.
Please book accordingly.

If for any reason your appointment needs to be rescheduled, 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit and appointment will be forfeited. $100 rebooking fee will be required to rebook.

Only one time rebooking is allowed. Every time after will require a $100 fee.
​
There is a 20 minute grace period for clients who are late. If you show up to your appointment later than 20 minutes, you will be charged a $100 fee.
​
If you show up to your appointment and realize you are not able to receive your booked service due to a contraindication, your deposit will be forfeited and will be charged a $100 fee.

If you show up to your appointment with a previous cosmetic tattoo that has not been approved by your artist prior to booking, your deposit will be forfeited.
​
If you do not show up for you appointment without any notice, you will forfeit your deposit and will be refused of future services.
No shows will not be tolerated.
